Welcome to RawLifeFlow. By accessing our website or downloading and using the Juicing Tracker: RawLifeFlow mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may use the Service only if you can lawfully form a binding contract under applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for complying with all applicable laws.

Certain features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Service or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to access.

You may submit photos, juice logs, ingredients, and other content. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant RawLifeFlow a limited license to use your submitted content to operate and improve the Service, including AI-assisted recognition features.

RawLifeFlow, including its name, branding, app icon, design, and software, is owned by IBUYANY.COM, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Apple, the Apple logo, and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. These marks are used here only to direct users to our app listings.

Features such as AI Juice Snap use AI-assisted recognition to help identify produce from photos. AI results are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-assisted output before relying on it.

RawLifeFlow provides general wellness and nutrition information for educational purposes. Estimated nutrition values are approximate and may vary based on ingredients, quantities, preparation, and serving size. RawLifeFlow is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

Optional RawLifeFlow Pro features are available as a subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, according to the plan you select. Subscriptions generally auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription and billing through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to make the purchase. RawLifeFlow does not directly control refund decisions; refunds, where applicable, are handled by the platform used for purchase according to its own policies.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you for any such changes.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we believe appropriate. You may stop using the Service at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any results will be accurate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RawLifeFlow and IBUYANY.COM, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
