Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 medium apples
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger, about 1 inch

Instructions

  1. Wash the carrots, apples and ginger thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut away any damaged areas.
  3. Prepare the ingredients in sizes appropriate for your juicer.
  4. Juice the carrots and apples, alternating ingredients when convenient.
  5. Add the ginger.
  6. Stir the finished juice.
  7. Taste before adding more ginger.
