How to Track Your Homemade Juices

By RawLifeFlow • Updated September 2026

Making a good juice is easy to remember today.

Three weeks later, remembering exactly what went into it can be much harder.

A simple juice tracker gives you a record of what you made, what ingredients you used and which combinations you want to make again.

What Should You Track?

You do not need to record everything. Start with the information that will actually help you later.

Date

When did you make the juice? Over time, dates give you a simple history of your routine.

Ingredients

Record the fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, roots, citrus and other ingredients you used.

Approximate Amounts

Exact measurements are optional. Even notes such as “2 apples, 3 carrots, small ginger” can be enough to recreate a juice later.

Taste

Did you enjoy it? Was it too sweet, tart, earthy, spicy or mild?

Changes for Next Time

Examples: “Use less ginger.” “Try lime instead of lemon.” “Add another cucumber.” “Definitely make this again.”

These tiny notes can be more useful than trying to remember every experiment.

Why Keep a Juice History?

A history helps turn random experiments into something reusable.

You begin to learn:

  • which ingredients you buy most often
  • which combinations you enjoy
  • which juices you want to make again
  • where you may want more produce variety
  • how consistently you are juicing

Instead of starting from zero every time, you build on what you already learned.

Paper, Notes App or Juice Tracker?

Any method that you consistently use can work.

A notebook is simple.

A phone notes app is convenient.

A dedicated juice tracker can organize the information around juicing itself.

The important part is making the tracking step quick enough that you will actually do it.
